I couldn't use my pc for a few days, and now i got the same error as Seba so i'd like a GM to help us out on this.
basically the error says :

The application couldn't start, because the side by side configuration isn't correct, for more information consult the evenement and applications journal or use the command line sxstrace.exe

Hi Seba,

You are missing the correct C++ package. You may try downloading and installing the correct "Visual C++ 2008" version for your OS. You may try this link: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downl...s.aspx?id=5582.

Hey Kaide. I unistall my all C++ and install again. Same error all time when i try login Sorry for English

be sure you have c++ 2005 2008 2010 and 2012 and that they're for your system x32 or x 64

If you still experience the same error please reformat your pc then try to reinstall the game again!

Seba make sure u installed C++ for x64 since u said it's the system u have, and try to update ur graphic card's drivers, because they'll bring other C++ with it sometimes.

in that case it should be working, i had the same problem as u and after i got the C++ and graphic drivers it worked perfectly.
