Level Up and Up and Up Event Reward

Hi Footballers,

To those who have not yet receive the "Level Up and Up and Up" event reward may I suggest you to file a ticket to us at http://support.gamekiss.com/qa/supportCenter.d5 with the following format:

1. Account name (Email address use to create the account)
2. Character name (The character they were not able to receive the item with)
3. Server
4. What level they are having the reward (The levels you did not receive the reward. Example: Level 45th reward or the Level 50th reward or both)
5. When did this problem occur

This information will hasten the process of giving the rewards. Thank you for the patience and understanding.

May I also remind that reward is given once per account.
