New bug ingame

I'd like to let the gm's know, that after the new update today, the first win of the day packs r bugged, when u open one u can't see the amounts of points u usually see, it's just blank cases, and it never stops spining, ur forced to alt + f4 to quit the game.

Yeah good hopefully they will fix it soon also the traits also basiclly everything with that rolling machine just blank and it bugs the game like u said have to alt+f4

I can report that I don't have this bug, on any of the rolling machines. I'm on US server in English language (don't know if it matters)

really? they can't do an update which find a new bug come on gamekiss.football is bore better than basketball so focus football xd

New Updates = New Bugs thats the cycle of games you'll get used to it. But at least GM's do care now

no dude i play a lot of games and new updates= not new bugs. ofcourse it can happen sometimes, but it always happen only at gamekiss and this is ridicoulous.sorry for my english.

We are working on this issue can anyone verify the following and update us about this issue.

1.) Does it happen in the EU and US servers?

2.) Does it happen for both male and female characters

It would really help us a lot if you guys can confirm these details on your end.

(I tried one first win pack on the US server with a female character and had no problems)

Hi kicker i've tried a few things on my char a male a character on the EU server, so far : all roulette items r bugged for me, be it first win pack, tatoo packs, even the trait roulette is bugged here's a ss o f the roulette but they're all like this .

i created a female character a tried to buy a trait and got the same bug. now u got all the info u needed.

updates should not = bugs, especially if the updates are minor.

I'm glad you could provide us with some of the information we needed, we will look into the issue further we may have it fixed by next maintenance if we can get all the info and tests done by then
