Gamepad configuration

Can i set Strategy Gesture and Express Emotions at my gamepad? When i pick gamepad at options there's no configuration for that unlike keyboard. Is there some other way to do it?

I've been using a gamepad since cbt and, at least i haven't still been able to do that, so i believe it's impossible.
