Top-up time

Hey guys,
I'm just a bit paranoid about the money through the internet and I just bought Gkash and the Gkash didn't listed to my account.
I know the site says I need to be patient about it but it's been 30 minutes since then... Is there any know problems when buying Gkash like leaving the game open though the top-up or something else?
