I think at one point GK was going to be a position- but there are so many downsides to having a player GK they probably skipped it.

Things like inexperienced GK, GK that neglects his position, AFK GK, Friends on other team, etc....all very big problems and could ruin the game.

I hope they create a GK character so that I may try them, I am still new to the game and I am still trying all the characters that best suits me

Sorry,that never happen. Because is football game Gkeeper for everything. Also u can't stop ppl doing troll. AI keeper is the only way for the fair game.
