this may just be a visual bug i was unable to verify that because im not sure what stats are supposed to be increased at this level. That said, Upon hitting level 39 with my Targetter i was taken to the post match breakdown screen as usual. However, unlike normal, the stat increases shown upon level were all listed as TextItem and there was a number next to them "00". i was unable to get a screenshot as the screen went away quite quickly. I did not have this issue with another character of mine upon them hitting level 39 but that was like a week ago so it may be a new bug that has been introduced or something specific to the Targetter position.
