Patch/Update Error!!

I want to play this game! But when I open the Launcher and few seconds. It says 'Error'. How to fix this? I already reinstalled the game.

Your screenshot shows you are downloading the game client at 2 KB/s do you know what is your internet speed is?
your firewall or anti-virus may also block the server connection.
