PC Freeze

Hey guys...well I just downloaded the game and the first few times I started the client..in the middle of loading or on the character creation screen....my pc freeze up or blue screen. I got tons of games and this is the only one that gives me a problem.
I was able to play 2-3 games yesturday...but then computer went blue screen.

Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate
AMD FX 8120 Eight Core
AMD GA-970-UD3 (MB)
16 gig RAM
NVIDIA GTX 650 Ti Boost Dri. Ver. 9.18.13.3788

I think you have Problem GTX 650 TI used gpu tweak and reduce your gpu boost clock
