PROBLEM LOGGING IN!!

~~When I open the game launcher, I get N/A ms in US and EU. once I got 400ms which is weird because normally I get 70-90ms. When I get into the game and Login. after 5 seconds of pressing login, it finally goes to my character slot list, however, I don't see any of my characters. and when i press Enter, it asks me to recreate. What is the issue here?
