bitrate you can use depends on your connection speed, to be sure that you get a solid stream of information with no dropped frames set your bitrate to use half your connection speed. then slowly you can make this number higher to increase quality until you see dropped frames again then turn it down a notch.

yea i had to edit some bitrate settings and frame numbers ^^ but had to shut off stream cos i need to get sleep lolz thank u pupet
