I can't Logging, "Lost Connection to Server" HELP!!

Hi Everyone,

Can someone help me? i was waiting to play the game but when im trying to log in the game appear a little window with the message "Lost Connection to Server" in the U.S Server and on the European one appear that the game isn't available on my region... and appear again the window with the previous message.

Im from Venezuela, (South America)! waiting to play this game, HELP GM!

Same happening here. I'm from South America too (Brazil). This bug is happening since the start of the OPB.

I didn't have the chance to play the CBT but i found the game 1 week ago so i start to wait for the OBT one... i download the game yesterday and when im join the game and try to log in that message appear... and today still the same error!

Hope someone can help us.

Yeah, but GM don't even answer us... we want just to know if they block our region or to know if they will fix it soon

There's no reason to have Region Block in only one game, I guess it's just some kind of problem that hasn't been checked yet..

I get about 250ms on Europe and 270~ ms on U.S. And that's strange because Brazil is closer to U.S.

I got 167ms on U.S and 209ms on Europe server at this moment. Im from venezuela, also close to U.S.

This is mostly your internet, It may sound unreal but I always have better ping in Eu servers then US ones. like 120~196ms while US 180~250.

Wrong, cause, region block always occur after release. Beta days are not region block I 'm still to see a MMO that does so.

Other, it doesn't make sence the only global licenser of FREESTYLE, have a IP block, or you really think JCE expect us to play KR ver?
If there is no contender/rival company (with the same product) they don't have a reason to IP block anyone.

Well, by that we can only figure out that South America has an IP block as well, therefore you cannot access the game whatsoever.
