That is normal you get to have 3 slots, the first is your main character, then there's 2 left. Maybe you just clicked create additional slot.

Dont be so mad about lag, crashes or client bugs. They just open and its an open beta for a reason. Maybe you dont know what it takes to have a server and a game company, but give them some margin call, FsFootball its a good game, just be patient.

OBT characters will not be deleted when full launch starts, however for the other questions you have asked we still do not have an exact time when does modes will be available.

When I open the game launcher, I get N/A ms in US and EU. once I got 400ms which is weird because normally I get 70-90ms. When I get into the game and Login. after 5 seconds of pressing login, it finally goes to my character slot list, however, I don't see any of my characters. and when i press Enter, it asks me to recreate. What is the issue here?

WHEN I HIT THE GAMESTART BUTTON THE GAME GIVE ME A WHITE BOX AND THEN SAYS FOOTBALLER.EXE STOP RESPONDING CAN ANYONE TELL IF THE SERVER IS DOWN OR I GOT A IP BLOCK (IM FROM PORTUGAL), I ALREADY DONE EVERYTHING IN SUPPORT BUT NOTHING HELPED WHAT I GOT WAS MORE PING 60 to 200

Oh and the matchmaking system is horrible 3 advanced positions against 1 at times most of the time you have no chance of winning. You should remove the random play server and just make people use the room based one or at least improve matchmaking

There's nothing wrong with matchmaking, there is just no population to match together. If you didn't face us you wouldn't have other competition to face at certain times. Advanced positions are not that tough. We get glamor skills. Only skill I agree that changes game is speed boost, but you can still manage. The issue is, most see advanced position players and give up before the game has even started.
