AFAIK, P2P connection error happens when something is blocking your connection from the host or the connection is simply very poor. Are you running any programs that may have caused that? Screenshot of your tasks in task manager may be helpful. Btw, what's the speed of your internet and where are you from?

Russia is either IP blocked, or your router has blocked ports that are needed for p2p connection in FSF
