Just like topic, i wonder how many of u found out about this game already looking forward to play this game so much ^^ sadly i missed CBT

I played another game named Kick-Off that sadly didn't get by beta stages. I've been waiting for a game like this for 5 years. after watching a few videos online of Kicks Online it looked pretty nice.
I played this game in CBT, and it was extremely fun if you found the right players to play with.

Oh i know it will be extremaly fun cause i spend like tousands of hours playing kick online ^^ kick-off wasnt even a bit close to that game

I saw Jelks, ArisB, Swanny, and Moreno on FSF EU server I'm sure there's other old schoolers from GT that's playing FSF.

I was on kicks after beta (assassin12, wallhackfr, and chimaira ). I got so much good times on eu server, but hosting system make it die in my opinion. FSF is really fun, i wait for OBT very quickly don't miss it

I played Kicks Online, Freestyle football is like a graphical update of that game its like all the same game mechanics which is why I picked up on FSF so quickly

The community got lower and lower until it was only Europeons playing which made me stop playing cuz I lagged with them (internet wasnt that good this was 2008, 2009ish)
I stopped playing and few months later I checked back on the game and it was gone

The only one thing make me worried about this game, how is intercepting ball while enemy pass ? It's like u have to use steal or tackle to intercept it ? That's strange.

At first it's really unorthodox and difficult, but with time its much easier. There is a tutorial at the beginning of the game that helps with this.

I played both Kicks Online and Kick-Off, but Kicks Online was way better. Freestyle Football is better though

The only one thing make me worried about this game, how is intercepting ball while enemy pass ? It's like u have to use steal or tackle to intercept it ? That's strange.

You use A for sliding tackle (bigger range) or S for standing tackle (shorter range). The A intercept is more risky because the ball can actually fly back to the opponent and he might be in a good scoring position. There is also the "Blocking" attribute which makes it easier. A defender will always be better at intercepting than a forward (worst blocking attribute). Midfielders also have a skill that allows them to curve the ball to the left and right, so you have to be careful.

You should only go for the intercept when you are sure that you will get the ball. If you actually fail then you will be stuck in the "recovery state" (only for a brief moment), this will allow the other team to get a good scoring opportunity. Defenders have skills that make them recover faster, and they have also a fast moving skill that allows them to go back faster, they can actually risk it more often than the other positions.
