Help with the launcher

Hello all,

I have 2 problems with this game.

first i had problem in the football launcher, it was 15% and then Error.

After that i have "failure to download launcher data".

if i try to run GKLauncher i get the second picture :/

What should i do? My firewall is off and i dont have anti antivirus blocker..
