Voice commands

Hello there. Is it possible if you are playing with a game pad to make voice commands from it, not from the keyboard. Otherwise it is truly frustrating.. ?

I use the directional pad for voice commands.

That would be perfect, how did you do it o.o . In action field i have none options when playing with the game pad. The whole column is just empty.
