Lower resolution - is it possible?

Hi, I'm new on this forum and on the begining I must apologise for my mistakes in english.
My "gaming" maschine it netbook Hp mini. Intel Atom N2800 (2 Cores, 4 threds 1,8 Ghz), Intel GMA 3600 and 2 GB RAM and windows 7. It's sucks a lot in gaming, but I tryed to play this game and... it's almost smoothy. ALMOST... but even changing speccial effects to the lowest, even using GameBooster, system tweaks I can't reach 24 FPS.
The lowest resolution of this game bulit in game options is 1024x768 px. Is there and chanse or "magic trick" which downgrade the resolution to for example 800x600? It might be very helpful for my gaming issuses.

Yeah your PC is probably gonna struggle with such low ram, maybe you should try putting the game in windows mode. Also close all background applications through task manager. Thats all I got, but I hope you find a solution.

Play on fullscreen not in window mode if it's possible for you, also turn off any unneeded programs so you will have more ram
