Update Game Client Error

Anyone have the same problem with update the game client. It stops at 15% and a while later is shows error....

re-install game client using default folder (don't choose custom set-up)

The game was installed under default folder that the first place.
I try to re-intall game client to a different folder, and it still get error when downloading the updates for game client. Now the only difference is the error comes out at 57%...

Anybody? Please help!!! My computer is running under Windows 8. Is it because of the operating system?
