SPC Centers are bad?!

Every one who has seen Korean gameplay must know how pro they are in this game. I've been watching korean tournament videos for some time and I am wondering why there aren't any spc Cs?
Are spc centers too bad or what? You can only find regular Centers while watching korean or other server tournament. Anyone knows why is this?

It is because in korea u get to change their height. Here u can't.

In Korea, SPC don't get extra 40 points like here. They only get 1~2 attibutes bonus on specific stats and cannot change their types.
