Any guides on how to block manual dunks and lay ups ?

Hi all i started a few weeks ago and started to feel a little confident in my play except when it comes to stopping manual dunks and lay ups. Generally i get the idea that you have to use Manual block on the direction he is going but i think im doing something wrong ? If anyone has tips or a picture guide would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I'm not sure but i ever block manual dunk when i dont facing at dunker. It happen when i stand on the other side of basket and the dunker unexspectly dunk on that side.

You need to guess on which way they are going and stick to it, it takes practice and experience but you can also practice freely on Challenge Mode-Block
