Stuck on the beguinning of the game!

Hi there, I created a new account and installed the game from the website instead of steam, but everytime I try to log in, I do the first "tutorial" game and it gets stuck!
I deleted that internet explorer stuff, reinstalled the game with my firewall and anti-virus disabled but none of that worked.. Help please!
