JC, if you're gonna make rules for your own tournaments, at least follow them. If that dude didn't snitch on himself, you guys would never launched an investigation and he would've got away with it. Why do we have to request y'all to launch an investigation on someone to see if they violated the rules when it's your job to do so without us telling you what to do. Also, upgrade your hackshield or have multiple layers of hackshield. Xigncode doesn't even do anything and apparently so do y'all. Our international fs2 server spends way more than the kr server so we should get more attention than them since we're your precious golden cow but somehow a dead game like fs 3 on 3 gets 2 different servers for NA.
