  • Bought GKash, not showing in account

    I purchased GKash and this money/currency is not appearing in my account. Is this issue happening for anyone else?

    Please contact us at http://freestyle2.joycitygames.com/support/contactus or steam_support@gamekiss.com and provide the following information for purchase transaction verification:
    1. FS2 ID
    2. Character Name
    3. Purchase Method that you used (Danal, PayPal, Paysafecard, Rixty, Steam Wallet)
    4. Full screenshot of transaction complete e-mail (We advise you to check if you received any Payment complete e-mails)

      Also having the same problem here. I've sent your customer service representative the Account ID (which I believe would be my email address), the Payment Provider (PaymentWall), the Amount & Monetary Value of the purchased GKash, screenshot of the Transaction Receipt email, & the Invoice Number (which I think is the Transaction Reference Number on the email sent by PaymentWall). Still waiting for their response & I really hope it gets fixed soon. I was so excited when I topped up but all of it suddenly became frustration when I refreshed my browser & the GKash wasn't there. Hope you can help me too.
