I've got a problem with Costume Mover, which costs 1300 cash. I have 1480 Event Cash (expiring tomorrow), and when I try to move a rare costume from a character to another, after choosing the receiver and accepting the cost, some seconds of lag and a blank window appears, saying nothing at all, and the transaction doesn't work. I'll attach a screenshot.
The costume has already got shopped attributes and I'm moving it from a female character to another female character (since it's a female costume), so I can't really understand where is the mistake.
Problem is that tomorrow my Event Cash gained buying premium Grace Wallet will disappear... =: (
I've already opened a ticket a couple of day ago, did anyone of you had the same problem?
