Question About Legendary Wish Card

It says you can only buy Legendary Wish Card once per character. Does this mean I could buy it on 2 other characters (on the same account) and then move those cards to my main character? Or do they really mean you can only buy the Wish Card once per account?

If it says character not account, then yes you can do that.

Like as Armageddon have mentioned, you can purchase the item "Legendary Wish Card pkg" once per account.
