We apologize for the issue that you have encountered. Please uninstall all the files of Freestyle Football and then re-download and re-install the game.

Please follow the steps below (downloading and installing):

1. Go to this link: http://football.gamekiss.com/gameclient.jce
2. Download the full version of the game client.
3. Once the download is complete, run the .exe file on your PC.
4. A shortcut of Freestyle Football Launcher will appear on your desktop screen. Click the icon to start the game installation, which will take a few minutes more.

Once the game is successfully installed, you can choose the server you want to play on and start creating a character.
