Difference between normal block and manual block? is manual block helpfull?

If by 'manual block' you mean pressing a button to block, it makes the ball more likely to rebound/bounce back. You can also jump towards the ball.
Whereas normal block (not pressing anything) is weaker, and sometimes makes the ball bounce past you. Also, it is less likely to happen than a manual block (if you timed it correctly). You have to be directly in the path of the shot.
