Error when opening the launcher!

Hello, I can't get into FSF, the launcher says "Error" with no other message to compliment what the actual error is.

Is this a known bug?

EDIT: I guess it's under maintenance, well, at least show the server-time PROPERLY.
Server time said: 12:10 AM when it was actually 00:10 AM.

I know about the Scheduled Server Maintenance Shanguay.

The problem is that they programmed the server-time clock wrong;
It says 12AM when it's supposed to be Midnight, sure, that works fine in an analog clock, but not a digital freaking clock.

It was probably programmed by a 'merican that has no idea how a digital nor 24-hour clocks work.

If you read the actual notice it says: "00:00 – 02:00 AM (Server Time)"
Not 12AM.

00:00 in military time is 12AM. The server is located west coast, so for me, it's +3. The server was down from 3AM-5AM EST last night
