[HELP] FootballInstaler.exe not working?

So I downloaded the installer and when I open it, it takes like 1 minute to load and when it does a box appears saying it's starting and suddenly it closes and the following warning says: FootballInstaller.exe has stopped working. Check online for solution or close the program. Any ideas? Thank you.
